Automatic Delivery:

This is a worry free way to assure that you will not run out of heating oil in the middle of the coldest night of the year. Using a Degree Day Monitoring System we can track your heating oil consumption based on outside temperatures. We then automatically schedule oil deliveries when needed.

Will-Call Oil Delivery:

This type of delivery is for customers that like to monitor their own oil levels. We ask that you try to give us a day or two notice. You should call when your fuel gauge reads between 1/2 and 1/4. NOTE: All after hour deliveries are subjected to an additional delivery fee.

11 Month Budget:

This plan is designed to spread the expense of home heating oil over a 11 month period, September-July. Your budget payment will be determined by two factors: estimated fuel usage for the year and the average price of heating oil for the year. We multiply the two numbers together and then divide by 11 to come up with your monthly payment. Budget payments are due on the 10th of every month, for your convenience we will send out what is called a budget package. The Budget package will consist of 11envelopes and a place to log all oil deliveries and payments. If you prefer we can keep a credit card on file with your permission and charge the card on the 10th of every month the amount of you budget payment. ALL BUDGET ACCOUNTS MUST BE ON AN AUTOMATIC DELIVERY SCHEDULE.

Cap Program:

The Cap Program is designed to protect you from dramatic market increases. By choosing the Cap Program you will know the highest price per gallon (for the number of gallons you cap) that you will pay. No matter how high the price of heating oil goes you will never pay more than the price you capped at, but if the price goes lower you will pay the lower price. If you choose this plan you must pay an assurance fee of $.25 per gallon this fee is to assure that the price will never go above the capped price but allow it to go lower. ALL CAP PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS MUST BE ON AN AUTOMATIC DELIVERY SCHEDULE.

Budget Cap Program:

This program is designed to allow you to have the convenience of 11 Month Budget and the Cap Program all in one program. We will take the gallons you want to cap plus your $.25 per gallon assurance fee and break them down to a convenient monthly payment. ALL BUDGET CAP PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS MUST BE ON AN AUTOMATIC DELIVERY SCHEDULE.

Pre-Buy Program:

This program is designed to offer the opportunity to pre-buy your oil at a set price. A pre-buy plan can offer the security of knowing the price upfront, But it could also be a gamble because if the price goes down you still pay the pre-buy price.
